The Costain name has received confirmation of its status as a leading national brand. The Company has been named as the most admired construction company in Britain.

Management Today magazine has announced the league table for Britain’s Most Admired Companies in 2015. Costain is positioned at number 33 up from last year’s position of 52.

The Company is ahead of a number of other leading organisations including Virgin Atlantic, Banco Santander, Coca Cola Enterprises, ITV, BP, BBC, Marks & Spencer and Vodafone.

In total, the league table comprises 247 nationally known companies. The table is compiled from feedback involving senior directors voting for the companies they most admire.

Costain was number one choice in the Construction – Heavy category ahead of Kier Group, Keller Group, Galliford Try and Laing O’Rourke.
