The Costain Group has appointed Alex Vaughan as Managing Director for the Natural Resources Division.
 
Alex, formerly the Company's Corporate Development Director, succeeds Mark Rogerson who is leaving Costain to pursue other opportunities. The Natural Resources Division encompasses the Water, Waste, Nuclear Process and Hydrocarbons and Chemicals sectors.
 
Alex joined Costain in 1990. Since then he has held a number of significant roles and, in his most recent position as Corporate Development Director, was responsible for leading the teams involved in the successful acquisitions of ClerkMaxwell, Promanex and EPC Offshore.
