Costain, the smart infrastructure solutions company, is pleased to announce it has been chosen by Highways England as one of six providers of specialist consultancy services on a four-year framework.  

The Specialist Professional and Technical Services framework (SPaTS2), worth up to £250m, is designed to shape and support Highways England’s strategic objectives including the delivery of a road network which supports the economy, is safer, more reliable, more integrated, greener and digitally enabled.

Costain will provide a range of specialist technical consultancy services drawing on its experience as a leader in providing innovative and digital solutions to enhance the UK’s critical infrastructure. Costain has also agreed an exclusive arrangement with international professional services company, Stantec Inc., to draw on their complementary advisory services in this field.
