Passengers checking in at Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal are now treated to a three minute time lapse video of the construction of the interchange facility built by Costain last year. The £25million project connects the forecourt and shuttle train to the North Terminal.

The large video walls displaying the time lapse video are located at the ends of the busy check-in aisles in the centre of the terminal next to the security entrance. The snowy weather of the winter can clearly be seen as the construction team battled on to complete the project early.

The North Terminal handles some 14 million passengers a year. All of whom use the new interchange.
