As the growing impact of Covid-19 continues to be felt across all areas of our industry, we wish to reassure you that we at Costain are doing everything possible to protect the health and wellbeing of our people, our supply chain and the communities in which we work.
The strength of the relationship we have with our suppliers has been keenly felt through the support, guidance and willingness to help that you have shown in response to recent communications. We are committed to providing you with continued support, helping to alleviate any concerns you may have and delivering guidance on any challenges you are experiencing.
Tackling the spread
We continue to closely follow all Government guidance to ensure that we support the national efforts to limit the spread of Covid-19, and provide advice to our contracts on the practical implementation of the guidance for site operations. We ask for your continued support in helping our teams sustain all mitigation measures as they are put into action.
Site operations
All decisions regarding which of our sites remain open and which operations on those sites continue, are made in line with the latest advice from the Construction Leadership Council and the support of our clients. Ultimately however, the safety of those that work for us both directly and indirectly is our absolute priority, as we know it is for each of you.
Procurement and supply chain support
Our procurement and supply chain teams will continue to monitor the situation, respond to queries and provide updates to you directly throughout this difficult period.
