Paul Brady

A certified engineer, Paul Brady transferred his inquisitive and solution finding nature to project controls, which in turn has led to a successful career in risk management. Through listening to clients and subsequently identifying that risks were being poorly defined, the senior risk consultant is now working determinedly to provide leading edge solutions which develop better risk data and improved target response action plans to reduce risk impact. Paul’s work consists of conducting cost analysis and assisting with risk reviews, identifying good risk data to leading workshops. As well as this, he plays a key role in liaising with risk owners through the management chain right up to Board level to ensure that the management of risk is embedded throughout the business and risks are both captured and escalated appropriately and efficiently.
