Costain was recently recommended for certification to ISO 20000-1 for its technology services.

ISO 20000-1 is the leading IT systems management standard that certifies that organisation and quality of service are in line with the best practices defined by the International Standards Organisation. The standard particularly focuses on ensuring continuity of service and customer satisfaction.

Costain provides technology to support an array of complex services including vital transport networks that people across the country rely on to get around and transport goods safely and quickly every day.  Certification to ISO 20000-1 gives our clients added assurance that we can manage complex requirements as a single supplier on a city-wide and regional scale.
