Our leadership team has an important role in setting and developing the culture of our company by modelling our values and behaviours to motivate and engage our people. 

The Executive Board is accountable for the day-to-day running of the business, delivering the Group strategy, business plan and budget and monitoring the operational and financial performance of the Group. 

The Board of Directors is collectively responsible for overseeing and guiding the Company and holding management to account. The Board of Director’s main role is to create long-term sustainable value for shareholders by providing prudent leadership and considering the interests of all stakeholder groups. It does this by setting the Company’s strategic priorities and overseeing their delivery, ensuring that the necessary financial and other resources are available, and by maintaining a balanced approach to risk within a framework of effective controls.
