Chequeless dividends 

Dividend payments to shareholders are no longer made by cheque. To receive your dividends you will need to provide your bank or building society account details so that payments can be made directly to your nominated account by direct payment. You can do this online via your Shareview Portfolio. For more information click here.

Dividend (Scrip) 

The Scrip Dividend Scheme enables shareholders, if they so wish, to receive new ordinary shares instead of cash for future dividends. 

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 15 May 2025, shareholders approved the renewal of the Scrip Dividend Scheme.

If you would like to join the Scheme for future dividends, please return to the registrar, Equiniti, a completed scrip dividend mandate form. 

To be effective for a particular dividend you must complete and return your mandate so as to be received by Equiniti no later than 15 business days before the dividend payment date.
