“Our selection to the framework marks an expansion of our portfolio of partners in the infrastructure ecosystem and the North West of England. It is a region that we know well and where we have a strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects predictably in collaboration with our supply chain partners.

“We will be focused on establishing strong working relationships that will allow us to deliver engineering-led solutions that incorporate constructability and Production Thinking, supporting jobs, growth and more resilient infrastructure for the North West.”

Jonathan Willcock Managing Director, Transportation at Costain

We are delighted to announce the successful contractors for our third iteration North West Contractor Framework. This iteration brings together a diverse contractor base, combining national and regional expertise, to ensure public sector clients across the North West have access to the right contractors for projects of any scale, and that local suppliers have a key part to play in delivering projects in the North West.

“It is fantastic to welcome both returning and new contractors to the framework. The structure and lots have been designed in collaboration with Wirral Council and the construction industry to reflect the needs of both the North West market and our public sector clients. We are looking forward to seeing the impact our partners will deliver over the next four years.”
