Today (24 April), Costain has been named in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2019 for the second successive year.

Compiled by Business in the Community, The Times Top 50 Employers for Women list is the UK’s most highly profiled and well-established listing of employers leading the way on workplace gender equality.

Sally Austin, Costain Group HR director said: “I am proud that once again we have been recognised for our commitment to increasing the representation of women at all levels of our business. We believe that creating truly diverse teams makes us more innovative and better able to deliver smarter solutions, meeting the needs of our customers.”

Historically companies focused on policies and processes to address the inequality and bias that employees face on a daily basis.
