Thames Water has given Costain's project team at Hornsey Water Treatment Works 'top marks' for its outstanding Health and Safety performance.

The team saw off competition from Thames Water's major contractors by attaining the highest audit score and demonstrating a high level of best practice which earned the Costain team the quarterly Health and Safety award. 

The award was judged by the Thames Water Health and Safety advisor and a representative of the Construction Group and was an acknowledgement of the work undertaken by the team at Hornsey and the overall AMP4 team.
